- Supporters: a one-time Ko-fi tip now also earns the golden star, for 30 days. Monthly subscribers keep it while they keep paying.
- One window per account: Cedarfall now allows one open window or device per account. Opening it in a second place ends the older one, which can take the account back with Play here instead.
- Supporter badge: the store now has a Ko-fi supporter slot. Supporters get a golden star beside their keep and outposts (cosmetic only; tiers are set on Ko-fi, matched by account email).
- NPC cities: a few server-run cities now share the map. They are tagged "(NPC)", act on their own, and can be raided for resources (see PvP and alliances).
- New cities start with more resources: 750 food, 600 timber, 400 stone and 150 coin. Existing cities keep what they have.
- The resource bar explains each resource on hover: what it is for and how to get more.
- Guest accounts: a banner with a live countdown and a Claim account button now shows on the map, the title and faction screens say that guests last 12 hours, and an expired guest gets a clear screen to sign in or start a new guest.
- Guest accounts now last 12 hours. Link an email before then to keep your progress; an expired guest is locked, not deleted.
- Expeditions: the setup screen now states your army limit (20 infantry / 10 ranged at Keep 1), shows how many of each unit can march, and stops the steppers at the limit. Refusals explain the limit or the missing units.
- Map surveys: the Survey button shows a countdown while your scouts rest, and the scout marker finishes and reveals the land on its own.
- Exploring: each keep can send one map survey per 24 hours for now. The wait starts when the survey is sent.

- Outposts are live in the game: place from the world map, collect, garrison, rename and abandon, plus a My Outposts list.
- Troop training now uses a queue of up to 3 batches per building with cancel (refund) and speed-up of the running batch.
- Gamer tags can be changed in Settings (once every 7 days); names are checked before they are sent.
- Added a skippable First steps checklist for new players.
- Expeditions: the Keep now gives a base army capacity (20 infantry, 10 archers at Keep 1, scaling with Keep level), so a new city can raid before building a Barracks. Barracks and Archery Yard add on top.
- First release of the player guide: getting started, map, keep, resources, units, scouting, expeditions, combat, Hollow Host.
- Added outposts, Cedar Marks and the store, names and community rules, factions, PvP (coming later), FAQ, glossary and troubleshooting.
- Added generated reference pages: buildings, units, lairs and monsters, economy, store and outposts numbers.
- Gamer tag rules documented (3 to 20 characters, public, email never shown).
